i cant get my ipod touch to recover. i went and pluged it in and i have the itunes and usb icons on my screen. it downloaded the up dates but then it pops up the ipod “ipod” could not be restored. An unknown error occurred(20) please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First I kept getting these errors after it took a long time like 5 min to backup the system then it gave this error. Too Many People trying to upgrade and the Apple Servers Broke. Many People are complaining about this rollout on Boards. It took way to long this should have been a two minute upgrade not an hour of problems. New errors in my next video. Then I show you the new iOS5 working on a White iPad 2. that was the first error the second is a unknown error 3104 that was worse cause it totally made my ipad 2 a brick and unusable until i got the restore with ios5 a lot of people are having problems im documenting this now, but finally after the total restore and upgrad a hour later i got it working making last videos now.
