I just installed the newest version of itunes. When ever I attempt to burn a playlist it will burn all the song and at the last moments when it is “finalizing” it stops and give me an error message.
“Attempt to burn cd failed. Unknown error 4220″
Im not sure but I’ve searched to see what others have done and have came up with nothing.
I just ran my diagnostics and here it is:

PLEASE someone help me!!!!!
Looks like some serious iTunes error when it comes to burning discs.
I recommend you use another burning software. I’ll provide you a link with a good one on the source below. Maybe that will help.
an error occurred while backing up thisPlease help me,
I have an iPhone 4 running iOs 4.2.1
Today I updated my iTunes to 10.5 ready for the iOS 5 update.
The update downloaded fine,
And then when it went to install it said “An unknown error occured restoring (3200)”
The phone stayed on 4.2.1 and is still fine (phew):
I can’t find anything online for the 3200 error.
Can anyone help, urgently,
Please email me

I am getting the same, no idea how to fix it!

its probably because everyone is trying to download it and everything is going crazy. i am getting the same thing. :/
same here its not doing it on my girlfriends iphone so far its backing up on mine it would appear right away
Ditto….but I’m looking into it feverishly.
For me it happens after it backs up my iPad. I’m going to try re-installing iTunes.
GOT IT!!! DD
Eject your iPhone/iPod/iPad and try the update again! That worked for me.
I”m glad I’m not the only one! It’s happening to me too. Hopefully apple will work this out.
seems its happening to a lot of people, just keep trying, took my brother a dozen goes.
I just kept trying it and couldn’t get it to work. I unplugged my iPhone, restarted it and then tried the restore again and it worked first try. Good luck!
