My Ipod wont sync with my dell?(error code 0xE8000035)?

I says : iTunes could not connect to the iPone “”becaus an unknown error occurred (0xE8000035)

try to download itunes again and also try to restart computer

an error occurred while backing up thisI,m trying to burn a cd of songs from Itunes,every time it gets about half way through the process,an “Unknown error occurred (4480)” keeps coming up.Any idea what this is and how can I fix it.THANKS !
