What is this Itunes error code?

Mine says, “The Iphone cannot be synced. An unknown error has occurred (13019.)”

What does that error code mean?

Maybe the .NET Framework either not being installed or the installation is corrupt. Go Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs and make sure the Show Updates box at the top is checked. Then search for an entry called:

Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0

If it is there remove it. Then go to this site and download a fresh copy of it. Install it, reboot and then see if your problem has been solved.

Seems all you have to do is this:

–> Go to the Music tab under your iPhone in the devices list in iTunes (must be connected…
–> Deselect the “sync music” option.
–> Click “Apply”. Let it synchronize…
–> when the sync is complete, re-select the “sync music” option under the music tab
–> Click “Apply” and sync…

See what happens..
I suppose you have to do the same for your videos as they are also not synchronized..
